Thanks to all for a great day!  The weather was better than expected.  A bit of cloud cover, which was nice, a little breeze, good temps...perfect!  8.02 miles total, 1252 elev gain...nice hike.  Thanks for taking me down Lost Creek Trail...the stream was a great place to relax and take in the beauty of the San Gorgonio Wild...

This was a great hike with a good group of people. Almost everyone made it to the top and everyone seemed to have a good time. The weather was great. The highlight of the trip might have been watching the airshow put on by a sailplane pilot. He was riding the slope lift coming up the face of the mountain, but he was also obviously performing fo...

Wow, what an incredible evening!  The crescent moon hung just above the horizon on the return paddle, magic the night seem magical.  I am blessed to be able to do such awesome events with such wonderful people!  ...And warm greetings to newcomers Alfonso, Paul and Rick!  See you all in 2 weeks.  Aloha!

It turned out to be a great day for this hike. A few other folks on the trail at the start, but, they turned back at about 3500'. The woods were very quiet and peaceful. My knees were screaming by the end of of hike, that last 1/2 mile on the hill is killer.. Jacuzzi and a chilled Merlot took care of any aches and pains. Looking forward to this...
