I am heading down to Phantom Ranch on the 15th. We will hike the South Kaibab. We will stay in the Cottonwood Campground along the shores of Bright Angel Creek. On the 16th we can hike into Phantom Canyon. This can be a rugged canyon but is accessable without ropes. On the 17th we will start early to hike out on the Bright Angel trail.It will be HOT so I will be going in very light except on water. The creeks are good and cool and will refresh and be a great spot to hangout in.
