I will not consider anyone "really signed up" until I talk to them over the phone and make sure that they can do this trip and actually have fun... had some bad experience with craigslist so no exceptions!

I am looking for a hiking buddy/buddies to join me on my trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I am planning to do the major hikes at the north rim and also go down to the colorado river. We may also explore som other hikes nearby, pictographs, I am flexible. I reserved a camping spot at the north rim, max 2 cars. You need to be FIT and FUN: by fit I mean that you should be able to hike at least 10 miles a day, and 15 miles per day if you plan on going down to the river and up to the rim (this one is optional - since I only have one extra spot for this one - bunk bed in the male dorm). Please be in great physical shape, between 24 and 38 preferably, as in the grand canyon you may face an elevation gain of 4000-8000 feet in one day. About carpooling, max 2 cars are allowed, so if you cannot make the whole trip then you will need to talk out the details with the other participants.
