| OutdoorsClub.org is a grass roots
organization for outdoor enthusiasts with thousands
of active members and outings nearly every day. Our
powerful, user-friendly Web site enables members to
easily organize and join a diverse range of exciting
outdoor excursions. OutdoorsClub.org has no political
agenda, or mandatory meetings. And because the Club
and its activities are run by regular members, most
activities are free. So if you want to hike, bike,
climb, backpack, snowboard or participate in other
outdoor pursuits, from beginner to expert, with fun-loving,
active folks, the Club is for you!

| *Your first three activities in Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, CA are free.
After your third activity, access to additional activities
will require a paid membership of only $25 a year (based on a 2-year membership). All
activities outside this area are accessible with a free
membership. |

OutdoorsClub.org has no club officers and all members
have equal opportunities to participate and contribute.
As a result, the Club is promoted and operated by
its members. To ensure the success and growth of the
club, consider coordinating a trip or tell a friend about
us. Our vision is to create a nationwide network of
outdoors enthusiasts to share our adventures, to learn
from, to have fun with, and to create life long friends.
